Same bib pocket, same 3 mm steel, but the lower half opens outward. The extra width along the bars means long ribbons hang without crowding each other, and a heavy presentation medal does not shove its neighbours aside.

Size & capacity

Medal figures are for standard 25 mm ribbons. Hang them closer and more will fit.

Steel and finish

• 3 mm steel, powder-coated black — an even, hard-wearing surface rather than a sprayed-on paint
• Matte black, so the ribbons and the bib do the talking
• Laser-cut, deburred, edges finished by hand
• Wipe with a damp cloth. Apply any cleaner to the cloth, not to the display

Mounting

Three standoffs lift the frame clear of the wall, so the ribbons slide over the bars easily and the piece reads as if it floats. Screws and drywall plugs are included; for brick you will want masonry plugs, which any hardware shop stocks. Three holes, about ten minutes.
