Every coach has watched it happen at least once — the athlete with more natural ability than anyone in the squad, who would not do the boring work and got beaten within two seasons by somebody who did.

It is a blunter line than most of this range, and it is chosen deliberately. Made only at 60 and 75 cm, which suits the clubhouse walls where it usually ends up.

Ordered by coaches and clubs more often than by individuals, which is worth knowing: it is a line meant to be read by a squad rather than by one person.

Made from 60 cm upwards. For a shared wall, the 75 cm is the sensible choice. This design is produced from 60 cm upwards — the cut-out detail doesn't hold at smaller widths.

What it is actually made of

The medal hanger is AISI 304 stainless steel — food-grade, marine-grade, the same material as a good kitchen worktop — at 3 mm depending on which width you take. It will outlast the collection on it.

Medals sit on a single continuous bar. No hooks means no ceiling on the count and no gaps when a medal comes off.

Getting it on the wall

Stainless standoffs, screws, plugs and a paper template are all in the box. Tape the template up, mark two holes, drill, and it is done inside a quarter of an hour.

Adding a second one

Most people eventually do. Mounted directly under or beside the first, the pair reads as a single wall rather than two separate displays. The widest version holds up to 110 medals across three rails.
